1. Introduction & Agreement

Welcome to Haideri Prime Host ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or subscribing to our Web Hosting, Managed WordPress Hosting, cPanel Reseller Hosting, or Domain Name Registration Services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Account Responsibility & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, WHMCS client portal access, and cPanel/WHM logins. All activities occurring under your account remain your sole responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately at cs@haideriprimehost.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Our hosting infrastructure must be used strictly for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, trojans, or phishing pages.
  • Sending unsolicited commercial bulk email (SPAM) or operating open mail relays.
  • Engaging in DDoS attacks, IP spoofing, or unauthorized vulnerability scans.
  • Hosting illegal content, copyrighted materials without authorization, or pirated software.

4. Server Resource Usage & Uptime Guarantee

We provide a 99.9% Network Uptime Guarantee. Shared and WordPress hosting accounts operate under fair resource limits (CPU, RAM, I/O, and Inodes) to ensure server stability for all clients. Accounts consuming excessive server resources that degrade service quality may be throttled or requested to upgrade to higher resource plans.

5. Billing, Payments & Renewals

Services are billed according to your chosen cycle (Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, Annually, Biennially, or Triennially). Invoices are generated prior to the due date. Failure to pay active invoices on time may result in temporary account suspension or automatic termination after the grace period.

6. Cancellations & Service Termination

You may request cancellation of your hosting services at any time through the Haideri Prime Host WHMCS Client Portal. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately without prior notice in cases of severe Acceptable Use Policy violations.
